Leaving clans as warlord

So

I am a relatively new player and i was tricked into joining a clan with 1 other person then they premoted me to founding warlord and left now there is no way for me to disband the clan and nobody will join so i can pass my fate onto them will i ever be able to disband the clan or leave?

You can only contact support and ask them to kill the clan, they'll do it - after holidays anyway.  

Otherwise you are basically only left the option you are already trying, dumping the clan on somebody else.
