darvo should offer mods, and be added to conclave matches, have paeons or minions who sell upgrades and useful items in all relays and cities fortuna and cetus dont have great shops or good deals, darvo only offers one weapon, compared to other npc.

i picture that he should have a jetpack to travel outside of his room to the various factions and offer items and gifts to players, sell mods, and partake in conclave/pvp/lunaro announcements at the relay, for other cities he could add some new bounty and have his own faction points or items added to each faction for palyers to earn or purchase figurines and blueprints for useful k-drives, kitguns, and melee tools/paddles for lunaro, and cosmetic things, eventually he should carry some potential warframes that can only be procured from darvo and clem or his minions, or some type of side quest, that can be like a mercenary humanoid or pilot specialist, maybe even give him charge of space races fashionable motorcycles, and other sports that alot points to collect, and earn fashionable things that shoot missiles.

and also all the other factions as well as npc should offer some 1 platinum items and trinkets or songs for octavia to collect for signing up with factions, and other mods for the other warframes,pets,decals,etc. Since visiting a guild is not that interesting or useful for the palyers to go all the way to a relay station just to do what you could already do in the ship, Any good ideas?

basically darvo started out as a cool thing, with a decent story and clem, but he really doesnt have many things to sell, or quest, skins, mods, and commentary, so implementingthem in other game areas, cities might be good, even if its just over the radio with some limited quest, or submissions, rewards to enhance replay-pay.
