Gifted Warframes, Color issue

I gifted a friend two warframes, specifically Ivara and Titania, however the helmet on ivara and archwing on titania dont seem to be changing colors according to my friend's choices, as well as my own Chroma's pelt not changing colors. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing these issues with gifted or non gifted warframes.

Yup. It's all over the forums. It's a bug after the 3rd hot fix.
