As you can see in the picture provided above, taken at about 15:30 EST of today the 22nd Dec. 2018. The list of requirements that is shown when mousing over the Loc-Pin research icon is not the same as what is actually required to research the item. As indicated by the list on the right, which comes up once you have selected the icon of course. Just wanted to let you guys know, Hope all is going well and as always.
