Mesa and atmospheric AW weapon

1) Mesa's Ballistic Battery does not work with atm AW weapon. When the stored damage is released with AW weapon equipped, the shot disappears.

2) When the Peacemakers are activated with atm AW weapon equipped, Mesa picks up her sidearm and gains slow movement even when Mesa's Waltz mod is not equipped.
