mercenary missions Corpus VS Grineer who should you help?

I allways see these missions and dont know who i should side with. piss off the corpus and fight the zanuka hunter or piss off the grineer and fight the G3.

Also can i change sides if lets say the corpus have a orokin catilist which i need but i sided with the grineer and have the zanuka hunter after me or vise versa ?

Just pick the side that has the loot you want, don't bother about anything else

Look at the rewards and decide then. Sometimes Grineer have better rewards and in a later Invasion it's the ther way.

Zanuka and G3 is just important until you have Brakk and Detron (for MR, both are trash these days)

Pick the faction that got stuff you want but if both then rest in peace.
