Code Error 10054

A chat error that sometimes appears and unables me to talk with my teammates (or anyone else) during a mission, I searched for a fix and found one that said that I needed to change my UPnP both on warframe and on my router settings which I did and didn't help.

Also I didn't change anything (PC, ISP, ethernet/wi-fi) this message just appeared today, Windows did a few updates though the night before

I would appreciate if anyone knows a fix or anything that could possible help me.

I apologize if this isn't in the correct thread.
