Missing Mods

I really don't do trading and I rarely even combine/sell my mods, but I managed to receive Hell's Chamber, maxed it and grinded to get enough materials for Hek only to find that the mod is conpletely gone. Is there anyway to find it or get it back?

Where are you looking?

If it's only gone from the Mods station (meaning you don't have a built Shotgun to check whether it's ready to be equipped),
make sure your Filters aren't set to e.g. hide maxed Mods, they should look like this:

If it's actually, for really reals gone though, I'd think you should be able to simply ask a Clan mate
(BTW join a Clan if you haven't yet) for a freebie, that'll be easier / faster than contacting Support over this.
