Random sounds play on loop in orbiter

When I load into the orbiter after startup there are a number of random sounds that play on a loop of about 90 seconds. This goes on for about 15 minutes or so and when it stops is replaced by normal orbiter background sounds, somochords, etc.

Random sounds include: ayatan star pickup, falling, heavy landing, vault unlock puzzle, random environmental sounds like rain and thunder, and so forth.  It's a different mix every time.

It seems to have corrected itself on my last startup.  Essentially I tried turning it off and turning it on again.  Thank you IT Crowd!

I only hear the sounds that the MOAs emit when they walk, (when they take a step forward), when my MOA is stationary or kept in its place.
