Controller + Decorating Rotate Bug

When rotating an item in-game with a controller, while in Decorate mode, the Controller seems to have NO neutral position when it comes the stick. If you tap it to rotate it to the left and then let the stick go, it will keep rotating slowly, and same if you go the opposite direction. There seems to be 0 neutral controller stick position, at least when you rotate an item.

Or it could be my controller is wearing out. But it was working fine before this last weekend, which would have been before the last Hotfix.

I might buy a spare controller (for my PC) this week, but it seems to be a problem with the game that was introduced when Steve changed some of the controller settings to make it better.
