I'm quitting warframe, can I safely give my friend all my plat?

I want to dump 775 plat, and anything tradeable, is this safe or will it get my friend's account flagged?

I'd try contacting support but it's Christmas.

I mean you should be fine to give away whatever you want as long as they are not both your accounts.

I feel like just giving away dozens of max rank mods and hundreds of plat would make it look fishy as hell though.

It's not. 

So long as none of that plat get's charged back it's fine. And even if that did happen so long as it's not all charged back it's fine.
