What arcane is the best for catchmoon-haymaker-killstream?

Seeker is kind of the obvious choice, methinks.

is rattleguts better than catchmoon at dps?

I don't know / am too lazy to look up the exact numbers but I'm pretty sure
Catchmoon has the upper hand when enemies are bunched up / coming at you in a straight line,
while Rattleguts punishes misses less severely and of course has the range advantage.

Both are great choices, just use whichever feels better to you.

Seeker for Damage or Charge for convenience.

They buffed Charge so it kicks in pretty quick and charges fast. I say convenience because it reloads the weapon during dodge rolls, casting, being staggered, knocked down and other things that would normally prevent reloading. Obviously it also helps with ammo.

Rattleguts is better at dealing with armor over Catchmoon but that's about it.

Rattleguts has less than ideal accuracy but it's a good auto pistol and we have very few of those.

Yea both Catchmoon and Tombfinger can be build for more flat DPS than either Rattleguts or Gaze.

It's important to note though that Catchmoon has some terrain collision right now though.

Long as you're in open rooms it's not a problem.
