not receiving items from missions

during a relic mission i acquired a blueprint for the stalkers scythe and selected a helios prime nueroptics at the end of the mission however once i was back on the orbiter i had neither instead i was given a forma blueprint and the stalker blueprint had simply disappeared. logging out and back on again did not resolve the issue.

It worked for me in the past when I had such problems.

This is a synching issue I guess and if you can't show any screens you are out of luck here.

Just do it from now on if you get stuff you REALLY want to keep when such a problem may occur again.

 

For example, this was a report from me and I got the loot from support after I submitted a ticket. I had 10 Reactants but weren't allowed to pick

Ran a survival 55 minutes it kept bugging out to where I couldn’t use abilities , switch to operator ,melee or switch weapons and I died self revived then lost everything couldn’t pick up loot ammo then we extracted and I received no rewards I have photo not sure how to post  but wow am I furious plz fix
