How to file a support ticket regarding other players threats

Well, you can actually report players in game for griefing by right clicking their name on Chat.

As for the Support ticket:

Go here: https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

• At the top menu you'll see "Submit a request"
• Report User or Hack
• "Report Harrasment" in Category

The rest is pretty self explanatory, so you should have no issue!

I had recorded video from play station through the share option but it didn't record their voices so I don't think it'll be sufficient enough

Did you report the individual(s) directly to Sony/PSN as well? If they were breaking the ToS for PSN, then it should be reported. Console companies tend to be good about responding to those reports.
