Apperence reset bug

So I've this glitch that when launching the game the warframe and weapons, that I had been using in the session before, will have all of its customization that I've done reset. to be specific any attachments and glyphs will still be there but the color scheme will be gone along. this also applies to the weapons. I've also noticed that some of my favorite colors disappear from my favorite color palate, you know the one where you right click and it puts a start in it, also disappears. if anyone can help me figure this out please let me know.
