Alt+Tab sensitivity

I got a problem when i use alt+tab in warframe... This happen only on warframe and the game become unplayable.

The sensitivity change for + or - but nothing change in the options... 

This happen when

 - I play in Fullscreen

-  I play with only one screen

I play with a mobile pc with

- GeForce Gtx 1050 2gb + Intel Hd Graphics 630

- Intel core i5-7300HQ

- 1Tb Hard drive + 128GB SSD

- 12G Ram ddr4
