Platinum you have obtained through trading was removed for being fraudulent. Forum posters can’t really help you here, send a support ticket to get things clarified.

This honestly smells more like a mistake or maybe a display error than fraudulent plat being removed. 20115 plat is such a staggeringly high number that it seems unlikely to have been obtained through trading. Especially if OP had -287 first. Would mean they had to spend 200k+ plat ingame, which seems... unlikely.

But yeah, writing a support ticket is the proper course of action here. We can't really help.

This rings true, though fraudulent plat can have many sources. For example purchasing “discounted” plat from a third-party site and then trading it in-game with the seller. But it’s hard to say, and you’re likely right in this scenario.

Hope things work out for you OP.

Hello Siniree,

If you purchased a large amount of platinum, spent the platinum on the market, and then performed a credit card chargeback, the amount of platinum you purchased will be deducted.

Likewise, if you participate in platinum reselling (such as buying or selling platinum with real money), this may result in any fraudulently obtained platinum being deducted from your account.

Regardless of what your circumstance may be, this is an issue you will have to resolve with support, as we on the forums are not equipped to help you (we cannot review your account history, see what your transactions were, or determine whether you participated in any fraudulent activity regarding platinum).
