Magus lockdown does not properly tether enemies

ON VOID DASH: Drop a Tether Mine at destination that tethers up to 2/4/6/8 enemies within 3/6/9/12m. The Tether mine explodes dealing 15/30/45/60% of their Health as Puncture Damage after 4 secs.

The ragdoll from void dash sends the enemies flying, failing to properly tether the enemies and deal the damage. Enemies will also move if void blast is used on them.
