No Enemies on Plains

So when i entered Plains from cetus without bounty and joined other person i was unable to load into game (cetus doors wouldn't open) so i left his session and became a host, entered plains and started digging gems. After about 20min i went to grineer camp and saw that there is not even a single enemy there. At first i thought it was just a matter of time but they never spawned in any moment given. 
So i went to other camps and saw that there is not even a single enemy on the entire map. 
But everything was still interactive as i could dig gems. After getting back to Cetus doors i was unable to end "mission" and only possibility was to abort to cetus/orbiter.
