No reward after relic opening

Good morning (or afternoon), so this is what happened:

Twice today, i did a relic mission, collected the ten reactants, and then at the end, it acted like i hadn't opened the relic, even though i still got the "vestige" (i don't know if it's the word in english sorry.)

The first time, i didn't mind, I tought it was simply a mistake on my own, even though I found it strange because I was convinced i had the ten reactants, but the second time it happened, it was right next to the other players rewards that i had the ten reactants! And I missed a Mesa p Neuro. T.T

Well, it's pretty anoying, so... If it could be fixed it would be great. :)
