Baruuks Daggers

I couldnt find out why this was happening but whenever i cast my 3rd ability with Baruuk, i get 15 daggers. 

But sometimes whenever i recast it, i get 33 and i don't know how that happens because it happens randomly. No buffs on me or anything. Just randomly get 33 instead of 15. 

How does that happen?

A. Fissure Buff to empower you frame by 200%.
B. You have other "daggers" spread to friendlies to buff/help them. (note your 90% dmg reduce works aslong you or any friends got a dagger on them.) If you recast your daggers once half of your previous daggers bounced to your other 3 friends you will see a higher count next time you click your Dagger skill.
