Energy Vampire Vs Captive Crewman

If you use Energy Vampire on a Captured Crewman, Disable and Capture him before Vampire wears off: it will be permanently stuck in the "Power in Use" state.

I don't know if this an issue with Energy Vampire not resetting its state due to a missing local scope timer, or because dropping the crewman from the game loop prevents Vampire's state timer from decrementing, thus holding the reset event "hostage".

 

 

In the meantime Tenno, avoid using Energy Vampire on capture targets.
