Orokin Derelict Capture mission not consuming keys

I was running a few Orokin Derelict Capture missions consecutively.

1. I would run the mission

2. Go to the Foundry and build the next key.

3. Press Esc choose Last Mission Results option.

4. Click the Repeat Mission button.

I then noticed that the keys were not being consumed.

If I went to navigation and chose the mission directly the key was consumed.
