Titania Increases Melee Attack Speed

I leveled Titania with 4 runs through Hydron, Sedna. In those runs, after extended use of Razorwing, my Zenistar, the melee weapon I used for all 4 runs, has a noticeably increased attack speed despite not having any attack speed buffs. The attack speed buff is very noticeable around round 9 and after.
