Refund for an accidental platnaium purchase?

I just accidentally bought the dual skana's with platinum when i was trying to buy the blueprint and people said there was a way to reverse the payment? Iv never used the forum before so i hope this is the right place. Thanks for anyone who can help.

Can i also just point out how it was the dual skanas of all things that i accidentally spent 180p on?

Click on your profile name, go to account settings and you'll see the support desk option. Click that and in the top right corner, select the "submit ticket" option and just follow the steps from there. Be sure to list the time,date and timezone as it may take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks.

Also, be sure to not use the Dual Skanas you accidentally purchased, at all. If they have any affinity gained, Support might just tell you they can't (won't) do it.
