The EULA can use a 2019 review

After taking the time to re-read the EULA and seeing the behavior of some people and partners there may need to be a sub rule category with outlines of misbehavior and reprecautions for each of them. There are certain crowds that used to say their option and had no play in the entertainment industry. Now that we have to listen to that crowd to keep the government off our backs we need to keep them accountable for their misbehavior too. We can include “minorities” , “de-buff” the protagonist so much, and keep the roots “trimmed” so much til a entertainment product is not selling and the funding parties are sent off. An example is the StarWar franchise. Great story, sci if, and food for thought for psychology theology and the ‘human condition’. The contemporary culture denies the foundation that the structure stands and without that solid foundation the structure in the community of consumers, producers, and funders is shaken when controversy arrives. In some controversy to be aware of is from the top-down starts with those holding the Parter positions.

There are many walks of life from these people that are involved and the respect is there; but it gets out of hand when some people are ‘socialized’ or encouraged and put on a pedestal to disrespect others and use the powers that be to shut down the other person who is trying to defend their self dignity to their own knowledge. Also the self introduction matters too, since we know where each person stand instead of indoctrinating people to their flaws. One would craftably push people to nerf as many things in the game for the sake of ‘legalism’. As we know Warframe in the past had the fun with the creativity and humorous glitches and bugs. In comparison we are being creative with the experience than to hallow out the game into a Call of Duty that is too realistic that the ‘arcade experience’. 2nd in line is the person who is a little more extreme by applying misinformation to keep followers from enjoying the game as best as possible AND has flamed another partner in the past who showed their flowers the experience of going far into endless modes to feel the excitement of challenge. Lastly as a upmost extreme was one person who had brought embarrassment to the community when they said lewd and inappropriate things out loud which took great restraint to not ask that person to leave due to their behavior. Since people that have publicly not be punished nor asked to tone it down we have seen a quality Partner banned by the end of this year due to the confusion about the boundaries set by the EULA and it’s extension to the partners. That was made public that the person was warned; but that person perceived the warning as small talk as it was given to certain people based on their walk on life. This may seem like an outlier; but let’s looks at the bottom.

For the non partners who funds the game or just plays it out with their time on the servers we also need clear cut boundaries. Some of us have to endure immature people who won’t stop even after they crossed the necessary boundaries to be penalized. The worse is those who are trying to envoke other people to get them comm banned. That happens at the drop of a hat in the FPS area of games; but if that provocative behavior slides here, then a staffed area would be needed to review more complaints. Lastly is the influenced people who can type racist and dehumanizing things that is not flagged; but some words that exist in their own context are censored. For prime example are those who type bad things about a person’s tone of melanin, ethnicity, their body parts, and calling them a dog in that context which has nothing to do a person’s character nor the collection of their actions.

In all, the history of several situations will bring the need to update the EULA to set up the foundation that this community is still striving to maintain. We invested time and funding both as the users and the creators of this product; so this area being addressed will keep interactions and decisions to a clear cut standard.

The EULA, Terms of Use Agreement and Code of Conduct (in game and on the forums) applies to all users regardless of circumstance or status within the community.

Being a Warframe Partner or part of some minority does not make one exempt from the rules and agreements all users' accepted when signing up. Warframe Partners have been banned from the game in the past for violating the EULA.

However, please keep in mind that the EULA, Terms of Use Agreement and the Code of Conduct only apply to users' behavior and actions within the game. This means within the game itself, the in-game chat and the Warframe forums. The rules (and by extension the punishments for violating said rules) do not extend to users' conduct on other platforms or services; this means if a user posts a Youtube video of them swearing and firing off profane and inappropriate language or posting incorrect facts or ridiculous opinions, we're not going to give them forum warning points or ban them from the in-game chat or the game. If DE feels as though the user's behavior or conduct on social media platforms disqualifies them from being a Warframe Partner, however, then DE will remove that user's Partner status--the user will be a normal player from that point forward.

You never have to endure that. Report the user if they're violating the rules in the game and add them to your ignore list (or leave the session if it's occurring in a game session).

This is also very clearly a violation of the code of conduct if it's happening within the game. Report this behavior so that DE can take action against the player.

If you see this happening in game, report it so that DE can take action against the player(s) involved. Being an "influenced person" doesn't make you exempt from the rules. Posting racist, sexist or otherwise derogatory language in the in-game chat will earn a user a minimum 7 day ban from chatting privileges and, if the behavior continues after that point, an increase in punishments.
