My friend could use some help

Hello. My friend has a problem where once she clicks on warframe, she exits back to her home screen. We have restarted the Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and have had some questionable problems from uninstalling the game. Once uninstalled, then reanstalled the game will reanstall in about 2 seconds. And once you enter the game, you will reach the loading screen and it will automatically shut off and return to home screen. Could use some help.
