KamikazeKamanzi Posted January 1, 2019 Share Posted January 1, 2019 (edited) This bug has been reoccurring when either I leave and enter my warframe as operator, fall off the map due to a hole in the environment and sometimes for other reasons I am not sure about. I see only on Hydron so far which isn't surprising given the Operator glitch where you fall through floor on Hydron randomly sometimes when Excal Umbra had STILL happens to me occasionally.
