Toggle between Non/Prime Skin for Weapons | Add Position Sliders for ALL WEAPONS

We get the ability to change the position and rotation AND holster location for melee weapons, but not secondary and primary.

We also get the ability to toggle prime details on and off on WARFRAMEs. Why not for weapons? Just look at the Silva and Aegis, and it's respective Prime counterpart.
