I'm a daily player and I have never seen it. I challenge anyone to show a screenshot of an Ophelia neo survival fissure. I don't have data cuz I'm not crazy about this, just a random thought while farming. I run Ophelia a lot for a resource farm and it occurred to me that I have never seen an Ophelia fissure. I've only seen it as a fissure mission once in my playtime of this game and that's it. Outside of that it's been the interception/defense and by the gods is it a slog just to get done due to the fissure change causing the enemies to go and find a box/wall/metal drum to go and post up on and never charge the objective.
