So basically my friend hasn't played since 2016 or 2017 i don't know exactly but now he wanted to get in again and the site doesn't let him log in! He tried to reset his password with his email but the site said that email doesn't exist?! Even though he has all the purchase info on his email ( he bought platinum on numerous ocasions ). Did DE shut down his account?
