My focus zenurik is no effect and response

My focus zenurik is no effect and response about a week ago until now, i saw other players can use.

I have been able to use it before.

The energizing dash already max rank,and made zenurik primary.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, and other ways, still invalid!

I hope you can solve this problem! Thank You！

Do you have the ability (e.g. via clicking on its icon) toggled active, though?
Is the icon red, with a red line leading towards it?
