Xb1 chat not working since two weeks ago send help

First off, the game itself seems to be fine but every chat server is just not working. There is a small delay when switching tabs before names are shown and the only time I see activity is the bots and when it says type /? For help. I can type and see my own messages but no one else's in all chat rooms clan,region ect. I live in Australia and my connection is good 23mb download 0% packet loss this is the best I can get. I hope no one else has this bug or glitch or issue because I can't use trade chat and 99% of the time can't get public lobbies with people in them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try hard resetting your Xbox and router and see if that helps.

Warframe performs terribly if you are playing on wifi or have inconsistent Internet.  It will have issues like this when no other game you have shows any signs of struggle.  It's a very delicate flower when it comes to networking and recovering itself.

it's still broken...man what a way to start off the new year....wish they would fix it...

Was working fine before the new year, now it works every so often......One shouldn't have to restart anything for it to work and yes I tried everything too, cold boots, router restarts, etc.....Its on De's end..just hope they fix it soon......
