If you want a specialized frame, then go for corrupted mods. Additional slots aren't necessary. You can always watch youtube-videos or ask for build-advice. The slots we have are more than enough. Every frame can easily have survivability with how many slots we have now, and any extra slots are just gonna be fined by the next strength/duration/range/etc. mod. Or add aug specific slots and then elaborate on existing frames. I think it would be enjoyable to have content threads that involve frame lore, to learn about then “master” the frame in a different way. If only DE added a lore element like that about the plethora of frames, a narrative point to heaping more frames on. It would skiw down the conveyor belt of frames n weapons poured on our heads each year, but it might be nice to have pleasure in the process of getting some things, like Umbra (used in quest line he is acquired in) or Paracesis, which unfortunately did not. imagine that each Forma rank unlocked a lore mission.
