controller + tranq rifle + return to Fortuna = stuck on broken "Test" gear wheel

1. Use game controller. This bug may not happen with mouse and keyboard.

2. Load into Orb Vallis

3. Use gear wheel to switch to Tranq Rifle.

4. Return to Fortuna while having Tranq Rifle.

5. (optional) Go to Orb Vallis through elevator. Not required and can stay at Fortuna.

6. Open gear wheel. "TEST", "Text", "Emote Name" flashing at me. Nothing responds. Forced to close. If this happens in Orb Vallis, bye bye squad, lost rewards.
