Corpus tiles with messy spawnpoints (void fissures mostly)

I've been running Mesa in a few Corpus missions, specifically gas city and corpus ship tiles, and both in normal missions as well as void fissures some enemies seem to have a bit of a messy spawnpoint bug,where they spawn behind geometry. This is specially frustrating as I have no way to deal with them, and yet they can shoot throught the walls they're clipped in.

The times I've noticed this problem it seems to happen to mostly elite units, and mostly to corrupted grineer units being spawned from void fissures, but I remember one elite corpus unit clipping through the floor in the gas city tileset, but his upper half was visible in that situation.

Most missions where I came around this bug were also survival missions, and most of the geometry that the enemies would get stuck on would be on the ceiling of some of the small corridors connecting two rooms.
