Backpills Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 So there are artifacts that can only be equipped on specific peices of equipment. for example: volto artifact, +26% shields. that is a straight numerical boost to a number on your "character sheet" so to speak. what would be really freaking cool is if you had something that was an actual qualitative game changer. as in it changed the way something worked. could be as simple as giving the puncture stat to the volts first skill or as wierd as having embers first skill do less damage but slowly seek out enemies after it has been deployed rather than just sitting still. you could even do this type of thing for weapons, like a sicarus mod that causes the bullets to ricochet or something. reducing shotgun spread would also be something i would just farm for days to get. ap0k41yp5 Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 Yep, I thought of it too, "specific" mods need to have stats specific to the weapon or frame, so that you can really specialize in a particular domain and farm toget what you want .
