(XBOX)SilverSurferGuy
I wanna say both yes and no. Some weapons just aren’t usable. In those cases it’s up to DE to either buff or rework the weapon. But a good riven can redeem a bad weapon to make it work. Maybe not as well as the stronger ones but well enough
VenomousValentine
It has managed to bring a lot of forgotten weapons into the spotlight, but some weapons issues are just so deep in its base stats that no %increase a riven could give will fix it. kgabor
I honestly doubt you can roll a riven that can make the Seer usable unless you mastered Starfox or Rick Astley level of rolling.
Korusagi
I (and probably many people) call it a "Band-aid solution" Sometimes its not good enough, sometimes not needed at all.... But, you know... sometimes RNG just works right and makes it that kind of band-aid that looks cool, and makes you not want to take it off.
Leyers_of_facade
The concept was kinda good, but the implementation of rivens were just poor and ineffective.
Fire2box
Before tiberon's buff it's riven was never making it usable vs say something like Baza. Also Glaxion is still garbage post buff past lv 50 even with a riven. As such rivens aren't what they were designed to be anymore.
