Host Migrations - some basic suggestions

So you can see the long list of issues caused simply because your interface cannot handle host migrations much of the time.  Why can't you pause the mission until all players rejoin?  Basically, if the hosts disconnects in ESO or Arbitration, you are screwed because you can't play, but the game is still occurring, why not just pause everything till everyone rejoins with a message saying this so people don't think their screen is frozen.  If someone doesn't migrate correctly (unbelievably we are dealing with this in a 5 year old game in 2018, not 1998), then it unpauses and everyone continues.... You don't need to do this for all game modes, just ones where it's a guaranteed wipe or a near guaranteed one, mainly arbitrations and ESO.
