Syndicate mission standing reward is counting against the daily standing limit

If I wear a syndicate sigil during a syndicate mission, the syndicate mission standing reward I get for completing the syndicate mission is counted against my daily syndicate standing limit. This didn't happen before the last hotfix - only the standing I'd get from gaining XP in the mission would count against the daily limit, the syndicate mission standing reward wouldn't and would basically be a bonus.

If I don't wear a syndicate sigil in a syndicate mission, I get the standing for completing the mission, but the gained standing has no effect on my remaining daily standing, so it seems the problem might be related to the sigils.
