CazadorDeWulf Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 (edited) I asked the community what I had to do to change my avatar/profile picture from the default, and they told me to log in on both the in-game and forum and it will be the same. They are not. I have the Cookie Kubrow glyph in-game and have had that since I got it back in December. I've logged out and in several times since then on both accounts, in differing orders etc. My forum account is bugged and my glyph is stuck on default on the forums. It also says the wrong Mastery Rank. Can't find anywhere else more sensible to post this. Edited January 25, 2019 by CazadorDeWulf Included that mastery rank title is incorrect. Then the person closed the issue as solved. I have very clearly not had the issue solved, considering I'm MR 17 now, a Silver Eagle, with a brand new Glyph. Trust me, I'm not trolling anyone, it is just a silly thing to have support not even try to help beyond the whole "You do this, it will be fixed. Goodbye."
