Player created missions

I know that we got quite a few creative members in the warframe community, and I've seen some other games implement something like this:


Would it be possible to add a way for players to create their own missions, (With a separate loot table so it wouldn't be abusable)


This is one way how this could be implemented:

• Players create a mission, The mission gets added to the Test-Pool.
• Some testers (Could be volunteers or could be DE employees) test the missions before they are approved.
•  Mission gets added to the "Random mission pool" 
• Players in-game get a node that says "player created mission" and it would give a random mission from the pool.(of any type!!!)
• At the end of the mission (When the mission is completed or failed), the players can give a rating to the mission. (For example between 1-5)
• Any mission that gets less than 3.5 rating on average(With at least x amount of votes) gets removed from the pool.
• Mission rewards: A special currency which players can use to buy certain decorations/cosmetics.
  
  To make sure that it would not be abusable, put a few rules in place:

• Each map has to have X amount of tiles
• Each map has to have X amount of spawns/spawn zones
• Each map can only have X amount of resources,
  • the type of resources depends on the chosen faction,
  • the creators cannot choose what resources will spawn, only where they spawn.
  • There can only be x amount of resource spawns per tile.
• Players that give every mission a 1-2 star rating to troll and be nasty get punished by banning the said player from the player created missions for 3/7/14/30/60 days.
