.Introduction (bold for emphasis)

Spoiler

Bomber Frame! I'm actually quite surprised how Warframe has no bomber frames yet. Therefore, this is frame that doesn't really do that much damage but focuses on  getting them low and one shotting its opponents. This frame has a stacking mechanic that works on enemies and it basically makes the enemies ticking bombs waiting to explode. All forms of bombs are here except time bombs I guess. This frame is very technical in nature and requires understanding to be viable. Please feel free to comment about how the ability could be clarified as well as changes and support

Lore

Spoiler

Metegy was a prodigy at creating weapons of mass destruction and gained unfathomable amount of knowledge on the creation of combustion. She was one of the leading weapons manufacturers, particularly in munitions, during the time of the Orokin. However, she clearly hid signs of dissatisfaction with the Orokin and their "rules". This led to her declining mental status over time. Eventually, she tried to blow herself up but ultimately failed due to Orokin intervention. She was bound to a bed and was unable to move until the Tenno struck down the leaders of the Orokin and freed her. In gratitude, she took a great deal of time inside the facility where the Warframes were originally made, and built a frame around her own weaponry and destruction before taking her own life. However, the Warframe she built started to move on it's own but only a few were able to see this Warframe and recreate only a fraction of the Warframe she created before it disappeared.

Stats are at the bottom! New format to defy social norms.

This is inspired by Mad Bomber clichés in other games (obviously).

Passive: Ashen

After every explosion, there must be more explosions. Enemies hit by any of her abilities will gain a stack of Ashen. If an enemy is ashened, they will take additional damage and explode to deal damage to other nearby enemies. Ashen stacks up to 5 times and is triggered and consumed when shot by her.

Spoiler

Deals 20% more damage per stack. Enemies explode in a 5m range and deal 30% of the total damage they took to nearby enemies.

Add more damage on top of damage. This is basically like the final shot to blow up your masterpiece in beautiful glory.

Rocket Jump

Detonate a rocket below her and launch her into the air. Enemies around her while casting this ability will gain a stack of Ashen, take damage and are ragdolled away from the explosion. Casting this ability in the air will make her throw a rocket below her that will detonate on contact.

Spoiler

Power Strength: Deals 300/350/400/450 Blast Damage.

Power Range: the explosion hits enemies in a 4/6/8/10m radius and launcher her vertically by 10/10/15/20m

Cost: 25 Energy

Basic AoE damage ability that can be spammed to apply Ashen stacks. Requires a decent amount of aiming to apply stacks quickly or just spam it really fast. Not great in smaller areas but great for a tight situation.

Bombardment

Leap backwards and leave a bomb behind. If this ability is cast in the air, the ability will cost no energy and all bombs left by Bombardment are detonated, dealing heavy damage to enemies and applying Ashen stacks based on how many bombs they've been hit by. Enemies with armor or shields will take additional blast damage base on their armor or shield amount. Only 10 bombs can be present on the field at once. Bombs can be shot to trigger.

Spoiler

Power Strength: Inflicts 300/350/400/450 plus 6/9/12/15% of the enemies' current HP per bomb as Blast damage (the damage is multiplicative). Enemies can only take damage from 5 bombs. Deals 10/15/20/25% of the enemy's armor or shields or both as additional damage.

Power Range: 10/12/14/16m. Leaps 10m backwards

Cost: 50 Energy

The bread and butter of her kit. This ability sets up bombs and allows you to set your enemies into a death trap... almost. This ability is designed to let you have the last word and blow them up with one shot.

Clusters

Throw a grenade that will separate into multiple miniature bombs that will spread randomly into an area. Enemies that are in the area will take Blast Damage, be Ashened and will have their weapons, shields and armor melt over time. Enemies without armor or shields take additional damage according to their max HP.

Spoiler

Power Strength: Spreads into 6/8/10/12 mini bombs. Inflicts 100/150/200/250 Heat Damage per bomb and removes 5/10/15/20% to their current armor or shields from their maximum per second. Enemies without protection take 5/6/7/8% of their current HP as additional Blast Damage once.

Power Duration: Armor and Shield melt lasts for 6/7/8/9 seconds

Power Range: Bombs spread randomly in a 10m radius

Cost: 75 Energy

This ability sorta leaves you with a dilemma. Setting up is worth more and pays off with massive damage but this ability leaves your enemies without armor or shields thus no more bonus damage. This ability is a good tool for removing armor to a reasonable level and also inflicting massive damage at the same time and it takes quite a bit of calculation to find the optimal amount of armor you need to remove and the amount you need to keep to deal the maximum amount of damage.

Self Destruct

Trigger a powerful blast from herself instantly and continuously explodes herself. Enemies within range are devastated with Blast damage but are still able to damage her. However, she will constantly deal damage to herself and can only use melee weapons until she falls or turns off this ability. Upon deactivating this ability, she deal one final blast, destroying herself in the process. After the explosion, she rebuilds herself based on how many enemies she killed while in the state and during the final explosion. She can't move in rebuilding state and will still take damage while rebuilding but can not fall below 5 HP. Rebuilding lasts 3 seconds.  All stacks of Ashen will boost this ability's damage and will be triggered and consumed. If no enemies die, she will not be able to be revived!

Spoiler

Power Strength: Deals 200/250/300/350 Blast damage initially and deals 75/100/125/150% of her max HP+armor for per second after. Final Explosion executes all enemies below 50% HP and deals 700/800/900/1000 Blast Damage. She is revived after the explosion even if an enemy dies and recovers 10/15/20/25% of her max HP per enemy killed.

Power Range: 6/8/10/12m for initial and continuous explosions. 10/15/20/25m for final explosion.

Cost: 100 Energy +8/7/6/5% of her max HP per second.

An actual final ability that risks it all for a chance to devastate all enemies nearby. Is it worth it to kill a bunch of enemies and risk dying? This is a very powerful ability and deas a large amount of damage based on her own stats but also executes enemies neary death. This ability does 1125 damage per second already and every death counts. This ability and the frame itself is obviously intended for solo use and if she doesn't kill an enemy with this ability, she will be severely punished. At lower levels, this ability isn't as risky but without proper preparation, she can easily die from even a single miscalculation especially at higher levels. This ability lasts 20 seconds at most and leaves you vulnerable even if you do kill enemies. You must be absolutely sure you can kill at least one enemy and be able to explode in a safe area. Do not use to fight an Eidolon or something.

Stats:

Spoiler

Shields/HP: 100/150 (300/450 at rank 30)

Energy: 150 (225 at rank 30)

Armor: 300

Sprint Speed: 1.15

Made a lot of adjustments to the introduction and added some lore for fun. Also added my intent around the abilities. Nerfed some things and made some major changes to how abilities functioned because I felt it was not the intent I had in mind. Hopefully I can get some art for this but I don't even know how it would even fit into Warframe.

To be honest I like this frame. Yes your right, it dose not seem like she won't do a lot of damage but it dose seem like she is great to have on your team for AOE support. She can lower enemy's health and armor and even take their weapons away. This is a great frame to partner with say frames like Ember, Ember dose not do a lot of damage because her damage is heat base and to be honest, a single element by it's self dose not do that much damage.

[Examples]

(Frost)

(Volt)

Frost is a good frame to use but not because of his damage but because of his ability and how they work, there're support and defense based and that is what makes him good and why a lot of people still use him.

Volt is a good frame because of his shield, and I guess...sometimes his 4th ability...I guess.....muh..maybe not. BUT his shield is one of the best shields in the game, it dose not break and it dose splash damage cannot go throw it. And he can have up to 5 if I remember right, so the whole team can have a shield and one to spear! On top of that he can make you feel like your the flash with insane speed and attack speed, then to top it all off, he can lock down a whole room with his 4th.  He is good because he is almost like Frost, his ability are supported and defense base.

But Ember is heat damage, and her ability are forced on damage...well let me not say that. It would be batter to say, her ability are "trying" to focus on damage. But if you have a frame like Metegy, this can make Ember "seem" like she actually doing something. Then you also have to think about what a frame like this would be like if you pear her with Saryn. This frame allows for AOE crowed control that removes enemy's weapons and defenses. So you deal some OK damage, and keep the enemy's at bay while your team kills them easily because they have been weekend. I think this frame with the right combinations of other frames can easily scale into extreme end game.

Nice work coming up with a frame like this.
