A Paper Warframe {The Paper Storm} Orokin Librarian

Just had a simple idea for a paper warframe i wanted to share.

(Stats)
Health: 125 (375 at rank 30)
Power: 125 (265 at rank 30)
Armor: 85
Shield Capacity: 75 (225 at rank 30)
Sprint Speed: 1.08
Polarities: 1 Madurai (V) and 2 Naramon (-)
Aura Polarity: No Polarity, but a Naramon polarity on the exilus slot

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Passive

For her passive i thought of something pretty interesting but similar in a way, When downed, once every 45 seconds, the paper warframe will turn into a cloud of paper shreds, as a paper ghost, in this form you can not attack but simply flee away from the area with a bonus to sprint speed of 100%, you get a limited health pool, and if it is depleted you will get downed as normal, but if you can avoid fire for 10 seconds, you will revive to 50% health, in this ghost paper form you can walk right through most enemies and suffer no collision with them, you dont fly but appear as a shredded paper form of yourself that enemies can still attack, there is a 1 second invincibility window between the change

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Power 1

The first power is a teleport, allowing you to instantly teleport to a target, on arrival to the target you explode in a fury of paper that makes a cloud of shreds for 4 seconds that deal impact/puncture/slash damage within a range of 6m with guaranteed procs, and you charge up a stack of 3 shielding paperlettes that block any incoming projectiles, the paperlettes cap at 9 stacks. This is what happens with a tap of the button, as a result of the ips procs, the enemy is knocked over by impact, slashed and punctured

If you target an ally it will apply 6 paperlette projectile blockers onto them, it caps at 6, these will increase their movement speed by 15% as well as prevent status procs

But, if you hold down the button, you will instead instantly form into a cloud of paper shreds, you can bypass all enemy collisions, and fly in any direction you want with a boost of 100% sprint speed, in this form you are immune to weapon damage but not status procs, and act as a constant swarm of impact/slash/puncture damage to nearby enemies with 12m, there is no animation in or out making it seamless and instantaneous, tap to teleport, hold to turn into a cloud

The shielding paperlettes have a lifespan of 12 seconds, after 12s they start to decay and dissapear [stacks to 9}

While in the paper flying form, you do not trigger corpus alarm beams, cameras, or grineer energy walls, so good for spy missions

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Power 2

The 2nd power will emit a pulse instantly from your body that rends open a wound on every nearby enemy with its 20m range, this wound bypasses shields and armor, and allows accurate weapon fire to hit directly into an opponents health, it lasts for 12 seconds and can be utilized by you or allies, upon hitting this spot, all bullets and weapons hitting it gain an innate +1 punch through, stacking if you can hit through targets, basically it means if i have 3 enemies lined up, and use this, i can fire upon every single one with 1 bullet, if you can hit the open wound, i imagine it as a circular tiny cloud of paper shreds attached to a specific point on a target, allies in the area gain a +1 punch through bonus to all their shots for 12 seconds

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Power 3

The 3rd power is a summon, dual typing though, tap to summon up to 4 paper cranes, 1 crane per tap, or hold down to summon a dopple of yourself to draw enemy fire, it can not shoot but uses your melee weapon to attack targets, the cranes use your secondary weapon, the summons do not use duration, but last until death, you may have 1 dopple, and 4 cranes out, and if they die, they die, but can be quickly re-dispatched. but on death they explode into a 6m 4 second cloud of paper shreds that deal impact/puncture/slash damage per second, power strength effects the summons health

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Power 4

the 4th power is a toggled paper storm that surrounds you, it effects enemies within a range of 15m, and deals constant impact/puncture/slash damage per second along with multiple unique procs, it can also proc ips procs as well, it has a chance to slap an enemy in the face and blind/disorientate them preventing them from attacking for a bit, it can knock enemies over, it can also cut their hands and disarm them, as well as distract enemies, this will make them attack nothing as they tried to shoot the paper they see, power strength effects the proc chance and ips damage, range will increase its range, while duration/efficiency reduces its drain over time

Spirited Away?

Spoiler

What if your Ultimate could be turned on, while you were flying around with your 1?

and maybe, what if when you used your 1, it would teleport your 4 cranes or dopple with you, moving together as a swarm. flying form or teleport

while flying your 4 cranes will follow you, your dopple out will double the ips damage, he is morphed into your mass

teleporting will warp your 4 cranes and dopple to your location, but when not using 1, they enter their own aggro ai and attack/distract enemies

The Lore and Library Tilesets and Codex Paper Resource

Spoiler

The Paper warframe was a very highly esteemed protector and establisher of all that was to be codexed, researching and knowledge was its favorite thing, cataloging constantly, and more than likely, one of the initial creators of cephaplons, or their main rough designs, perhaps the parent to many cephalons that we see in game, in order to protect the libraries, and countless databases of information, the orokin librarian became a warframe.

Lore Wise, what if this warframe came with a new Void/Luna tile-set redesign that added Orokin libraries? Her Blueprint is gained from a side quest involving Cephalon Suda, that has you studying the newly opened libraries and archives, in these archives you can get pieces of codex paper, which is a new resource for the codex itself. it is used as a currency to unlock hidden things you have not scanned or seen in the codex, new lore and other things can be purchased with codex paper, as well as it is used to craft the paper warframe. Going to libraries in the void to unlock anything you want in the in game codex could be kind of cool, as an alternative to just scanning, which is faster. maybe new codex buffs or something could be bought to handle enemies, like buying exclusive damage boosts to enemies from the codex. like paying 10 paper to deal 10% more damage against an enemy, or to increase their drop chance of mods/rare mods. Codex Paper would be found in the libraries, which would be like new vaults to explore, with new library exclusive Orokin enemies that drop pieces. there would even be lore terminals detailing ancient Orokin era lore that has yet to be disclosed. it would be a huge lore place for people who like that stuff, with tons of readable texts and archives. and even maybe a new boss. that drops the paper warframe blueprint, and codex based weapons.

Paper machete, confetti shotgun, confetti flamethrower pistol [drops off the library miniboss/boss]

3 enemy types

1 book drones that catalog the data, fly around aimlessly (only a tenno amp can harm it)

{generally a passive enemy that uses a scanner to read and scan walls, it is the caretaker of the libraries and very common}

[the book drones have a bubble barrier that prevents anything but amps from harming it, and it fires a gold ray beam]

[if alerted to you, the drones may signal an alarm to call in a robo knight, there is a delay, to kill them before they do]

[the beam they shoot turns off any active buffs or powers you have on, and deals radiation/puncture damage to you]

2 is Orokin robo knight guards, with energy shields in the front, blocks damage, you can only damage their back

[they fire sentient like energy beams from their 2 hand cannon hands, and toss flashbangs, or nullifier grenades]

[they also have a minigun as well, alternating between beam/auto/burst forms, with a stomp to knock you over]

[They come with a slash dash like power, as they will charge right up to you, sliding across the floor, into your face]

[Their weapons have cooldown/reload states, so you can get behind them, smart ai. makes them face you at most times]

[wait for them to cooldown their shooting and get behind them, then take cover, they strafe while shooting at you]

3 an almost upgraded version of the robo knight, but in a jackal like form with Sentient shielding, damaging it will make it resistant to that

[he can teleport behind you, his famous move, and he likes to jump onto walls/roofs, and cling to them, very mobile]

[Warframe really needs more involved a.i enemies, even as ground units, enemies like the hyenas, that spice up combat]

you have to use your tenno to fight any of these 3 Orokin enemies, and they all drop codex paper or maybe even oxium

Nope. there is a glass warframe, and paper is a pretty cool idea

but it also brings in a codex paper resource for codex and lore lovers, with new library orokin tilesets maybe.

So paper warframe will throw books and pens to kill enemies or summon library to attack all enemies around him/her, am I right!?

Orokin like energy paper shards, that deal impact/puncture/slash damage, initiating procs as well [bleed, knockdown, armor piercing]

it summons, teleports, and creates a cc like damage storm, with a passive to protect from instant downs, and wall breaking aoe power [bypass shields/armor]

The teleport applies a anti projectile paper shard to itself or its allies, and it can go into a flying shard form for increased mobility

first shot he takes he turns into an Origami.

Think you meant confetti... Origami isn't suppose to rip or destroy the paper.

Loki is for newbies on low lvl only, he cant survive Sorties or Survival missions lvl 50+

Any warframe is usable for any player or difficulty level. Its all about modding skill and useage. Loki is great in lv100 sorties. Even if useless vs an eidolon. The worst enemy of all is a lv100 leech osprey. Who is responsible for most deaths in high level content. Only ember is truly useless. Wukong is boring. Mag is super complicated. Most others. Press 1 button and yer done. 😄

try every spy with a slow moving atlas. Thats fun
