Nemesis Posted February 15, 2019 Share Posted February 15, 2019 As the title suggests, will melee 3.0 introduce the ability to have a 1 handed sword (Dakra, for example) and 1 handed secondaries equipped at the same time just as we are able to with 1h secondaries and glaives? While it would be a lot of work for you guys to implement this it would be neat and stand to reason why we should be able to. Loza03 Posted February 15, 2019 Share Posted February 15, 2019 The melee changes everyone's talking about right now are not melee 3.0 They are dubbed 'melee 2.999' as the actual 3.0 part of changing combos, how combos work etc. They've confirmed in a past devstream that dual-wielding is planned for melee 3.0, but this isn't melee 3.0 yet. This is the earliest mention of it, note that glaive+sidearm was a part of the same project, it was just the first to get completed and released.
