Just some ideas for a frame moveset:

 

Passive: Enemies have x% chance of dropping more resources or credits when killed.

Or

Passive: x% chance that an ability will cost half the amount of energy.

1st Ability: Draw

- Target an enemy and mark them with a "card." The card will appear as one of four symbols: Heart, Club, Diamond, Spade. (Possibly include some sort of defensive debuff to marked targets)

- When killed (or damaged?) before the mark expires the card "flips" granting a reward: Hearts- Health pickups, Club- Energy pickups, Diamond- Over shield Pickups, Spade- Adaptive Ammo Pickups

- (Possibly) have the "Carded" status effect transfer to 1-4 nearby enemies when the initial target is killed.

2nd Ability: Slots

- Upon activation, some sort of on-screen indicator will cycle between status damage types: Heat, Cold, Electric, Toxin.

- You can reactivate the ability up to three times after that. If the first reactivation is on "heat" the frame will send out some sort of projectile dealing AOE heat damage.

- The same happens on the 2nd reactivation.

- The third reactivation deals damage based on the combination of the previous two types. (Fire + Cold = Explosion, etc)

- (Possibly) gain a short buff of that damage type to your primary weapon or as an AOE DOT aura around you.

 

3rd Ability: Loaded Dice

- Throw our 1 or 2 dice that will attract enemy fire, soaking up a small portion of that damage and dishing it back out in a festive explosion. (Possibly resulting in a disarm, stun, or confusion, etc)

 

4th Ability: Roulette

- Create a small, spinning circle on the floor divided up into a set number of sections. The size of the circle expands with range, though larger sizes result in more sections.

- Defeating an enemy within the circle will cause one of the sections to highlight. Enemies within highlighted sections will receive a debuff while allies receive a buff (or healing?).

- When the ability is recast or times out, all enemies within the highlighted sections will receive a chunk of damage.

ALTERNATIVELY

- The circle could be centered on the frame and follow them around. Though other things might need to change.

 

As for possible design, no clue. Though I like the idea of a male frame with the name Bravo.

I feel like RNG with negative consequences is something that could be completely horrid in the game. Therefore, I think the idea of Sortis as a support centered frame with a constant chance to do minor-yet-helpful things based on RNG is a good idea. Draw spreading to nearby enemies creates a situation where there's always a good chances of getting a useful pickup. Slots is good for adaptive damage. While it does take some time to set up, the projectile portion ensures you can still contribute damage. Loaded dice would make for some decent cc . Roulette would probably be the most risky move as it requires some commitment to a set area in order to get the most out of the ability, though this mainly depends on its area of effect. It would not be a very good run-and-gun type of 4.
