With two elementals + riven, base dmg is 14K+ (without crit obviously). Replace fire-rate mod slot with 3rd elemental, dmg goes even higher. 

Max crit with point strike is 93%. Additive Lanka zoom scale #1: 113% crit chance. 

Built in HEAT dmg allows for radiation dmg builds while freeing up the 2nd mandatory extra elemental slot (assuming that one is prior reserved for a firerate mod), allowing for greater variety of builds.
