Display the arbitration details, kuva flood location and poe time on the navigation preview

I always forget to check arbitration conditions, especially since nightwave. I would like to do them, but I forget to check. Maybe display kuva flood location too, so I don't have to constantly remind myself to check hourly? Open world timers would be nice too

Ya know i like your idea for adding world timers it make it easier for certain objectives that aren't alerts. cetus day and night cycles for those who hunt eidolons ect. It feels weird not seeing anything on the nav screen.
