Different capture rating for Hosts and Clients

A friend and I were trying to do the 10 perfect capture challenge and found something that was repeatable:
-The host of the mission would get the correct rating for a capture (Perfect/Good/whatever)
-The client would only ever get "Bad" captures regardless of what the host got.

We tested this through 20 captures, 10 with myself as the host and 10 with my friend as the host and in those instances the host got 10 perfect captures and the client got 10 bad captures.
