Trade window in dojo not updating

2 separate occasions, both of which I was to receive some platinum and 4 amber stars as part of the trade.
On both times, my trading partner claimed to have put up the plat and amber stars, but my trade window only showed the plat, and my trade tax reflected the value of the plat only.

Might be unrelated but on a separate occasion, I was selling a prime set. Partner claimed that his trade window was empty when I selected all 4 items, and offered them all in one go.
Offering each item up individually allowed his trade window to update.

Yes, this happened to me too, so i was trading 3 filled anasas and 2 filled valana sculptures for 40p, and he said that he could only see 1 valana and 1 anasa, poor guy almost got scammed, since i checked my inventory and i still had 2 anasa sculptures and 1 valana sculpture. I had to give them to him, couldn't bring myself to scam someone.
